Whale Greece EE offers a 3 year warranty on all helmets from the day of purchase.
RESTRICTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
Whale Greece cannot be held responsible for the product in the following cases:
Any damage caused by accidents.
Any scratches, abrasions, wear, peeling paint or other damage caused to the visor of the helmet or its external painted parts by accidental impacts.
Any damage caused by misuse/misuse, lack of maintenance/care, wear caused by normal use of the internal and external components.
Any modification made by the user or third parties.
Any damage caused by use/contact with harmful chemicals or intense heat source.
Any damage caused by the application of adhesives/adhesives.
Any damage caused by any type of paint/verbenz applied to the outer shell by the user or third parties.
Any damage caused by the use of incompatible parts sold by another company.
Any use of assembly of unauthorized parts.
If a problem covered by the warranty occurs during the 3-year warranty period, Whale Greece undertakes to repair or replace any defective parts, up to a maximum value that is the purchase price of the helmet.
In any case, the maximum warranty period is 3 years. The replacement of a component during this period does not extend this period.
PROCEDURE
The buyer must inform the dealer if there is any problem with the helmet along with the item of claim and return it along with the receipt . This guarantee does not in any way affect the legal rights of the buyer as defined in Directive 1999/44CE.
We recommend that you replace your helmet with a new one after a period of 5 years from the date of purchase, to protect your health from certain external factors that could damage the safety features of this essential protective equipment.
