Whale Greece Product Warranty Terms

All Bluetooth Intercom, Mesh Intercom, and related helmet accessories offered by Whale Greece are covered by the statutory warranty in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation.

The warranty period is two (2) years from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing defects or material failures that occur under normal use of the product.

The warranty covers indicatively:

·        Malfunctions of the main Intercom device.

·        Failures of electronic components.

·        Bluetooth or Mesh connectivity issues caused by manufacturing defects.

·        Defects in included accessories (e.g. cables, mounts, speakers, or microphones), provided they result from manufacturing faults.

For proper evaluation of a warranty claim, the customer must provide proof of purchase and detailed information regarding the issue. Photos and/or videos may be requested, and the device may need to be inspected by our technical department.

The warranty does not cover:

·        Damage caused by drops, impacts, accidents, or misuse.

·        Damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose of the product.

·        Wear and tear from normal use (e.g. scratches, worn buttons, adhesive parts, or surfaces).

·        Battery performance reduction due to normal aging and charging cycles.

·        Water or moisture damage when the product has not been used in accordance with its waterproof specifications (IP rating).

·        Issues caused by incorrect installation of the microphone, speakers, or device on the helmet.

·        Use of incompatible chargers or accessories.
Modifications, repairs, or interventions by unauthorized persons.

The warranty also does not cover issues arising from use outside the product’s technical specifications, such as excessive noise conditions, extreme weather, improper installation, or use with incompatible equipment.

In case of an issue, please contact the Whale Greece customer support team, providing your order number, product model, and a detailed description of the problem.

After technical inspection and confirmation that the issue is covered by the warranty, the resolution will be carried out in accordance with applicable legislation and may include repair, product replacement, or another appropriate solution.

This warranty does not limit any statutory rights of the consumer under applicable Greek and European law.
